Difficult stakeholders

How do you deal with difficult people?

It's all those things that make them difficult. Their methods, opinions, speed and approach. The way they go about getting things done or undone is different to how they should be done or undone.

Difficult is always bad.

Different can be bad or good.

From difficult to different creates a little bit of space. It doesn't have to be a lot, we don't need to agree. But there is space for me to accept this is a very different person.
